All Sales Are Final

All clone sales are final and non-refundable once the order has been placed. Due to the biological nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at [insert support email].

Damaged or Defective Clones

While we take great care in packaging and shipping your clones, issues can occur. If your order arrives damaged, or if the clones appear non-viable on arrival, please follow these steps:

2. Provide clear photos or video of the clones and packaging.

We will assess each case individually and may offer a replacement or store credit if the issue is confirmed and reported within the required time window.

Shipping Delays or Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.

Clone Health Guarantee (Upon Arrival Only)

We guarantee that all clones are healthy and pest-free at the time of shipping. However, due to environmental variations beyond our control (light, temperature, humidity, handling), we cannot guarantee post-delivery performance or survival.
